About The Position

The Digital Marketing Specialist will take full ownership of both organic and paid social media efforts. This individual will serve as the go-to resource for creating engaging digital content, keeping platform strategies fresh and relevant, and managing reporting and optimization. This position is a key member of our marketing team and will also support other digital marketing initiatives to help achieve campaign goals. Requirements

  • Associate degree in marketing or related field required
  • Experience in marketing, design, video editing, social media, SEO, and related digital marketing functions.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for owning and executing the bank's organic and paid social media strategy.
  • Leads content creation from concept to completion including filming, editing, writing, publishing, and reporting while ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy and industry regulations.
  • Carry out the brand strategy and campaigns for the Bank through social media and digital marketing channels.
  • Implement market specific campaigns through digital channels.
  • Manage the bank website for accuracy, SEO and usability by performing ongoing updates and maintenance.
  • Identify and evaluate new digital technologies and use Web analytic tools to measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media and display and search advertising.
  • Manage any vendors and partners associated with paid digital advertising.
  • Assist in the annual development of the bank's overall marketing strategy and campaign.
  • Work closely with risk management and compliance in an effort to ensure all requirements are met for existing and new digital features.
  • Assist in the development of the annual marketing budget to create a spending plan for marketing dollars without going over allocated funds.
  • Monitor the vendor relationships for the marketing department and choose new vendors as needed.
  • Establish and monitor ROI and KPIs for the digital marketing efforts.
  • Participate as an active member of the marketing committee ensuring the digital strategy and results are presented quarterly.
  • Develop the bank's content marketing campaign and plan for effective rollout.
  • Be involved in the community to be seen as a positive reflection of the Bank.
