This role is in-office Mondays through Thursdays, with a work from home day on Friday, if desired. This role is based in Austin, TX. We're looking for a highly motivated, AI-native Digital Marketing Specialist to power our digital presence across every channel and product line. This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who can do a little of everything and a lot of the things that move us forward. You'll be the engine behind our digital presence, creating high-volume content production, owning digital channels and building customer loyalty. You'll use AI fluently to research, create, and ship a steady stream of content, collateral, campaigns, and brand assets; but you have the human experience to back it up. You'll also keep our digital channels healthy and performing, from the website to email and SEO to reporting. This is a role for someone who owns outcomes, not just activity. You understand that marketing metrics don’t stop at MQLs, they go through the funnel where true success is measured in LTV, CAC and new customer acquisition. You'll partner closely with our Demand Generation Manager and Marketing Operations Manager to take campaigns from idea to live, and you'll pitch in wherever marketing can help the business win.
