Job Profile Summary: The Digital Marketing Specialist II supports the Digital Marketing team by delivering advanced hotel digital marketing support across activities including onboarding, digital reviews and offboarding. This role represents progression from Digital Marketing Specialist I, with expanded responsibility to support program execution, improve team processes, and contribute to projects that drive hotel performance and organizational effectiveness. Working closely with Associate Program Managers and cross functional partners, the Digital Marketing Specialist II supports the execution of onboarding and offboarding programs while continuing core hotel-facing digital marketing support. In addition, this role contributes to process improvement, documentation, and initiatives that enhance scalability, operational efficiency, and profitability across the hotel portfolio for the Digital Marketing team. This position requires strong execution skills, sound judgment, and the ability to independently manage priorities while supporting broader team objectives and long-term business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a related marketing role.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, AI, analytics, and content management systems.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Salesforce for data tracking and project coordination.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with advanced computer literacy.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships through proactive and responsive communication.
  • Demonstrates initiative and accountability in delivering high-quality work and meeting team objectives.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and identify opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing digital marketing support to assigned hotels, including guidance on online presence, readiness, and performance optimization.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable and reliable point of contact for hotel partners, maintaining strong relationships and service standards.
  • Support hotel digital marketing reviews and follow-up actions to improve long-term results.
  • Support Associate Program Managers in the execution of digital marketing onboarding and offboarding activities, including setup, transitions, documentation, and hotel communications.
  • Serve as an execution partner during onboarding, post‑activation reviews, and offboarding touchpoints to ensure consistent delivery and accurate follow-through.
  • Deliver hotel-facing digital marketing sessions or follow-ups as assigned, aligned with program standards and timelines.
  • Support in identifying process gaps, recurring issues, and inefficiencies within digital marketing workflows and recommending practical improvements.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of department resources to support consistency, scalability, and knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects that improve digital marketing execution, operational readiness, and hotel performance.
  • Support hotelier facing events, webinars, or training initiatives related to digital marketing, onboarding and education.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities assigned to support evolving business needs and team objectives.
