The Associate Program Manager supports the Digital Marketing (DM) team by managing projects, developing and implementing processes, and delivering data-driven insights that enhance operational efficiency. This role works closely with cross-functional partners including Salesforce, Analytics, Onboarding Managers and Brand Managers to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding of hoteliers, maintain data accuracy and optimize workflows across the BWH Hotels portfolio. Responsibilities include managing the Digital Marketing Dashboard, analyzing performance metrics, and providing actionable insights to senior leadership. The position also drives hotelier engagement initiatives, identifies areas of improvement, assists with new hire training, participates in industry research, and represents the team at hotelier support events. Strong analytical skills, process implementation experience, time management, and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years’ related experience in marketing or the hospitality industry.
  • Time Management: Effectively prioritize tasks and manage deadlines using structured time management strategies to ensure consistent delivery across multiple projects.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with hoteliers through proactive communication, including calls, emails, and in-person engagement at hotelier events.
  • Digital Marketing & AI Proficiency: Stay current on digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., SEO, paid media, CRM systems) and leverage AI-driven solutions for data analysis, trend forecasting, and campaign optimization.
  • Software & Technology Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Quick Suite, and Salesforce for project and data management, while adopting AI-enabled tools to automate workflows and enhance reporting accuracy.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Apply critical thinking and analytical skills to interpret data, identify opportunities, and provide actionable insights using advanced analytics and AI-powered dashboards.
  • Communication Skills: Exhibit strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, supported by advanced computer literacy and the ability to communicate complex insights clearly and persuasively.
  • May travel up to 10% of work time.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for hoteliers within the BWH Hotels portfolio.
  • Ensure accurate setup and removal of digital marketing programs during transitions.
  • Maintain and update the Digital Marketing Dashboard to reflect current performance data.
  • Analyze key metrics and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership using advanced analytics and AI-driven tools.
  • Create, implement, and refine processes that improve team workflows and scalability.
  • Integrate AI solutions into workflows to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance data accuracy.
  • Partner with Salesforce, Analytics, Onboarding Managers, and Brand Managers to ensure data accuracy and alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Support hotelier engagement initiatives and represent the team at industry and hotelier events.
  • Assist with new hire training and contribute to departmental development initiatives, including AI tool adoption and best practices.
  • Participate in industry research to inform strategy and identify emerging AI trends relevant to digital marketing.
  • Support special projects as assigned.
  • Ensure timely and accurate logging in Salesforce.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
