This hybrid position, located at the corporate offices in Chicago, IL, requires 3 days a week in the office. As a Digital Content Specialist II on the Digital Marketing team, you will support UX copywriting and content across AMA’s digital platforms, primarily focusing on FREIDA, a platform assisting medical students in searching for and evaluating residency programs. The role involves creating specialty-specific informational content, user-facing copy, and messaging to guide medical students, residents, and physicians through critical career decisions. You will apply UX writing best practices under established UX and content standards to enhance clarity, engagement, and usability, working closely with product, UX, and marketing teams to ensure content consistency and alignment with the overall member experience.
