About The Position

This role is for a hands-on digital marketer who can run and improve Google Ads campaigns and support broader marketing delivery for small business clients. You'll manage budgets and performance reporting, coordinate with internal teammates, and help create website/SEO and social content that drives leads.

Requirements

  • 1+ year hands-on Google Ads management experience; budget and bid management required
  • Strong writing/editing skills; ability to research and produce high-quality content
  • 1 years managing social media for businesses/brands
  • Strong customer service mindset; professional written/verbal communication
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail; consistently meets deadlines
  • Comfortable learning and troubleshooting WordPress (training provided as needed)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Bing Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, or other ad platforms
  • Google Ads certifications
  • Spanish proficiency
  • Experience building social content strategies across multiple platforms

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Local Services Ads, Display)
  • Develop ad creative/messaging, run analysis, and recommend tests/iterations
  • Manage budgets and bidding strategies; report on performance and insights
  • Support tracking and measurement (Google Tag Manager/Google Analytics familiarity)
  • Partner with clients to grow website and digital presence against business goals
  • Write and publish blog/webpage content to improve organic visibility (SEO basics required/learnable)
  • Create social media content (posts/stories/campaigns) aligned to brand voice and objectives
  • Coordinate internal resources (design, development, social, paid search) to deliver client work
  • Communicate clearly with clients to gather requirements and deliver to expectations
  • Meet task/project due dates consistently
  • Maintain responsive, friendly client communication; clients feel heard and supported
  • Own outcomes for assigned client work (coordinate dependencies; no hand-offs without follow-through)
  • Use AI tools appropriately for research/drafting/analysis, but always fact-check and deliver human-edited, client-ready work
  • Review team-delivered site/design updates for quality before presenting to clients
