About The Position

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to own and accelerate our growth engine at Abacus Insights. In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of creative, strategy, execution, and analytics—driving measurable business impact through high‑performing, audience-focused and data driven campaigns. You’ll translate our brand and thought leadership into compelling digital experiences, partner closely with sales and product teams, and you’ll optimize performance across channels to fuel lead generation and pipeline growth. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of B2B experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing.
  • Proven success developing and leading multi‑channel campaigns across web, email, social and paid media.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply emerging digital and AI‑driven marketing tools to improve performance and outcomes.
  • Hands‑on expertise with HubSpot, Google Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and a data enrichment tool such as Clay or Apollo.io.
  • Strong analytical capability with a track record of turning data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization.
  • Clear, confident communicator with the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, self‑directed, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in health care technology and health data.
  • Familiarity with data visualization, dashboards, and advanced reporting tools.
  • Experience with content distribution or social advocacy platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a digital marketing strategy aligned to growth and revenue goals, with a particular focus on brand advertising and product marketing.
  • Design and lead targeted, integrated campaigns across the website (SEO/AIO), custom landing pages, video, email, social media, and paid media.
  • Own performance across the funnel, optimizing for conversion, efficiency, and pipeline impact.
  • Partner with product marketing to align on messaging and priorities.
  • Build targeted nurture programs that move prospects through the buyer journey.
  • Support segmentation, lead scoring, and lifecycle workflows to improve conversion.
  • Leverage analytics and dashboards to uncover insights and growth opportunities.
  • Drive campaign-specific social media strategies to amplify thought leadership.
  • Continuously evolve strategies using emerging trends, tools, and AI innovations.
