About The Position

SLSCO LTD. is seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager to lead the administration and optimization of our digital marketing ecosystem while supporting business development, brand positioning, stakeholder engagement, and strategic growth initiatives. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with 5+ years of experience who combines strong technical expertise with a deep understanding of digital marketing. The successful candidate will report directly to the Marketing Director and serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the company's digital marketing ecosystem, including HubSpot, website platforms, analytics tools, CRM integrations, and digital marketing channels. This role blends digital marketing strategy, campaign execution, marketing technology, analytics, content distribution, website management, and performance optimization to support SLSCO's business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, marketing automation, or a related discipline.
  • Hands-on experience administering HubSpot Marketing Hub, including workflows, forms, landing pages, reporting, and automation.
  • Experience managing website platforms such as Wix, WordPress, and Squarespace.
  • Expert knowledge of CRM platforms, marketing automation systems, and platform integrations, SEO, AEO, email marketing, audience segmentation, analytics, and digital best practices.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and Canva.
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other digital reporting platforms.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, including experience with Monday.com.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in construction, infrastructure, government contracting, industrial services, disaster recovery, or related sectors.
  • Experience supporting marketing, business development, and proposal initiatives.

Nice To Haves

  • HubSpot Marketing Software Certification or related HubSpot certifications.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot, managing marketing automation, workflows, forms, lead scoring, landing pages, reporting, and campaign execution.
  • Manage and optimize integrations across the marketing technology stack, ensuring accurate data capture, CRM synchronization, data integrity, attribution tracking, reporting, and lifecycle management.
  • Execute and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across email marketing, social media, SEO, AEO, content marketing, and digital advertising channels.
  • Support the development, publication, and distribution of digital content, including blogs, newsletters, thought leadership articles, case studies, proposals, videos, recruiting content, and campaign assets across company brands and digital channels.
  • Maintain and optimize corporate websites using Wix, WordPress, and other web platforms, including content updates, landing page creation, user experience improvements, SEO implementation, performance monitoring, and conversion optimization.
  • Ensure web properties comply with accessibility standards, privacy regulations, cookie consent requirements, and digital governance best practices.
  • Maintain marketing dashboards and reporting tools; monitor campaign performance, website engagement, lead generation effectiveness, and key performance indicators.
  • Analyze marketing and website performance data using HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, social media analytics platforms, and other reporting tools to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Support account-based marketing (ABM), audience segmentation, stakeholder engagement, and marketing automation initiatives that strengthen relationships with public-sector agencies, industry partners, and prospective clients.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives through project management software, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Support pursuit, proposal, recruiting, giving program, and business development efforts through the creation and management of digital content, marketing assets, and campaign materials.
  • Maintain marketing documentation, campaign calendars, technology inventories, and standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business development, operations, recruiting, and executive leadership teams to support strategic growth initiatives.
  • Stay current on emerging digital marketing, marketing technology, AI, SEO/AEO, and analytics trends, and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement.
