About The Position

The Luminos Fund, an international nonprofit dedicated to providing education opportunities to vulnerable children, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager. This role is crucial for increasing awareness, engagement, and support for Luminos' educational mission. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious, creative, and data-driven marketer responsible for expanding Luminos' reach to potential donors and influencers, converting interest into tangible support, and managing social media, digital audience growth, and outreach for fundraising and awareness campaigns. This is a new, full-time role reporting to the Senior Director of Communications within the Development & Communications team.
