About The Position

QuickTeam connects world-class offshore talent with US businesses. We're launching a new staffing offering and building our marketing function from the ground up, and we want someone who can own go-to-market from day one. We're looking for a hands-on, AI-native Marketing Generalist to help bring a brand-new staffing product to market. This isn't a narrow specialist role; it's a do-everything builder who is dangerous with modern AI tools and can move fast across creative, web, social, and outbound. You'll work directly with the founder and leadership to turn a launch into pipeline.

Requirements

  • Experienced generalist marketer (typically 4+ years) who has worn many hats across creative, web, paid, social, and outbound, ideally at a startup or agency.
  • Genuinely AI-proficient: you use AI tools daily and have a real workflow for them, not just curiosity. You can show us things you've built or shipped with AI.
  • A builder and self-starter who can take a vague goal and turn it into live assets without a lot of hand-holding.
  • Design-literate: you don't need to be a senior designer, but you have taste and can make things look good.
  • Strong written English and comfortable communicating async with a US-based team.
  • Based in or around Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. This is a remote role; you'll work US-friendly hours as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience marketing a B2B service, agency, or staffing/outsourcing business.
  • Hands-on with paid acquisition (Google/Meta) and basic analytics.
  • Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., Close, HubSpot) and marketing automation.
  • A portfolio or examples of AI-generated creative, sites, or campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Generate ad creatives, graphics, short-form video, and copy using AI tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Canva AI, Runway, ChatGPT/Claude).
  • Build and launch conversion-focused websites and landing pages using AI-assisted, no-code/low-code builders (Webflow, Framer, Wix, WordPress).
  • Plan and run social media (LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram), using AI to scale ideation, drafting, and scheduling.
  • Set up and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts; build campaigns, audiences, and creative tests.
  • Help build and launch cold email and outbound campaigns: list setup, sequencing, copywriting, and deliverability basics (Instantly, Clay, Smartlead a plus).
  • Own go-to-market execution: brand assets, messaging, funnels, and the systems to capture and convert demand.
