About The Position

U.S. Money Reserve is seeking two Digital Marketing Leads to drive customer engagement, lead generation, and digital growth across email, search, social media, and marketing automation channels. This role will lead campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across major digital platforms while leveraging data and analytics to maximize performance and ROI. The position is based in Austin, Texas and requires regular on-site attendance. Job responsibilities may evolve based on business needs.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience managing paid and organic search and social media campaigns.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.
  • Experience managing campaign budgets, reporting, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • 6+ years of experience in email marketing, marketing automation, or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, email deliverability, and campaign analytics.
  • Experience conducting A/B testing and optimizing customer engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead paid and organic marketing campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Optimize targeting, creative, and campaign performance to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Monitor social media activity, audience engagement, and emerging industry trends.
  • Analyze campaign data and develop insights to improve ROI and overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Partner with internal teams and agency partners to execute high-impact digital marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns through Salesforce Pardot and marketing automation platforms.
  • Optimize customer engagement through segmentation, testing, and personalized customer journeys.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve results.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to enhance messaging, design, and conversion rates.
  • Manage reporting, automation workflows, and email marketing best practices.
