We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to help promote our businesses, increase online visibility, generate qualified leads, and attract new customers. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with digital marketing, social media, online marketplaces, and lead generation, with a proven ability to turn marketing activities into measurable results.

Requirements

Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or a similar role.
Must be based in or near the client's timezone for work schedule alignment
Demonstrated track record of generating leads and customers through online marketing.
Experience with Facebook Marketplace and social media marketing.
Strong understanding of online lead generation strategies.
Experience promoting products, services, real estate, or similar offerings is preferred.
Strong communication and copywriting skills.
Results-driven with the ability to track and measure marketing performance.
Creative, proactive, and able to identify new opportunities independently.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup.

Responsibilities

Promote products and items for sale through Facebook Marketplace and other online platforms.
Market materials courier and delivery services to potential customers.
Generate leads for first-time homebuyer services.
Promote homes and properties available for rent and sale.
Create and manage social media content to increase visibility and engagement.
Identify new online channels and marketing opportunities to reach potential customers.
Develop and implement lead generation strategies across relevant platforms.
Monitor marketing activities and track leads, inquiries, and conversions.
Follow up on marketing-generated leads when needed.
Test different marketing strategies to improve lead quality and customer acquisition.
Provide regular updates on marketing activities, leads generated, and results.
