About The Position

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Intern for a four-month term designed to provide hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. The internship is 29 hours per week at $14.00 per hour. We work from our downtown Orlando office Monday through Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Friday. We adjust intern schedules around any academic commitments. In this role, you will gain direct experience in SEO, GEO, CRO, Email, and emerging channels by working on meaningful, high-priority projects.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Familiarity with basic SEO concepts
  • Comfortable working with tools like SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Detail-oriented, proactive and eager to learn
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Ability to build positive relationships with others – a team player
  • Intrinsically motivated to create the best content on the web

Responsibilities

  • Optimize on-page elements (titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking)
  • Help identify and fix technical SEO issues (broken links, redirects, crawl errors)
  • Assist in creating or updating content to align with SEO best practices
  • Monitor rankings and traffic using analytics tools and compile simple reports
  • Assist in measuring the effectiveness of specific SEO strategies by reporting from a variety of sources (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Majestic, SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc.)
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush and Google Search Console
  • Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, clicks) and compile simple reports
  • Assist with executing strategies to improve visibility across AI-driven and generative search environments
  • Engage in a positive and productive team environment by assisting with shared goals and taking initiative on group projects
  • Provide additional support to the team as needed to contribute to the overall success of the department and company
