Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of professional marketing experience (internships and relevant coursework considered)
  • Collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and works independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to respond to requests with efficiency
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and trends
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, etc.)
  • Canva
  • Adobe Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • WordPress
  • Blueshift or comparable email automation platforms
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Utilize image editing software to enhance and optimize existing brand imagery for digital and print use
  • Review, proofread, and provide feedback on website copy to ensure accuracy, brand voice consistency, and SEO alignment
  • Monitor AI platform responses for LLM visibility
  • Manage and maintain monthly social media content calendars across brand channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to uphold brand consistency and messaging standards across all marketing touchpoints
  • Support brand awareness efforts through the development and distribution of PR content across reputation management channels
  • Work in-person at the corporate office a minimum of three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; subject to change)
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
