About The Position

RevolutionParts is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to join their Agency Team. This role offers hands-on experience in eCommerce marketing, focusing on the development, management, and optimization of high-impact campaigns for clients. The intern will work alongside industry experts to drive real ROI for auto dealerships in a fast-growing start-up environment. This is anticipated to be a 90-day internship, beginning on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, and concluding on September 15, 2026. The position is hybrid, requiring approximately 25 hours per week, with 10-15 hours expected on-site at the Tempe, AZ headquarters, with a preference for Tuesdays and Thursdays in the office.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Junior or Senior standing) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of the Google Ads ecosystem (Search and Shopping). Certifications are a major plus.
  • 0–1 years of digital marketing experience (prior internships, freelance projects, or intensive coursework).
  • Proven curiosity or examples of using AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity) to improve your workflow or academic outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills—ability to make complex data understandable.
  • Strong copywriting skills and an eagle eye for grammar.
  • A self-starter who is motivated by challenges and comfortable in a fast-paced, "fail-fast" environment.
  • Actively use modern tools — including AI-powered systems — to improve decision-making, productivity, and quality of work.
  • Using AI tools responsibly to accelerate research, analysis, documentation, and problem-solving.
  • Exercising strong judgment around data privacy, accuracy, and ethical use.
  • Continuously learning and adapting as AI capabilities evolve.
  • Proven examples of using AI to improve outcomes in prior roles is expected.

Nice To Haves

  • Google Ads certifications are a major plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the strategy, creation, and planning of Google/Bing paid search and shopping campaigns.
  • Help monitor campaign pacing to ensure client ad budgets are utilized efficiently.
  • Assist in building and interpreting reports on key performance metrics (KPIs) for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Support the team in preparing recommendations to drive customer ROI and occasionally join client calls to learn how to manage expectations and report progress.
  • Help manage tasks across multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
