About The Position

Centric Brands is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals for their Summer 2026 Digital Marketing Internship Program. This paid, ten-week program is designed to immerse participants in the business and culture of Centric Brands, offering hands-on experience with performance marketing fundamentals and best-in-class ad platforms. Interns will work closely with premium fashion brands, collaborate on innovative team projects, attend learning sessions, and participate in company initiatives. The program pairs interns with mentors for one-on-one learning and professional development, and interns will analyze and present strategies to real business focuses. Requirements

  • Must be a college undergraduate Rising Senior or Recent Graduate (during Summer 2026) to be eligible to participate.
  • Ability to work in LA for the full 10-week program from early-June to mid-August.
  • Demonstrated interest in the fashion industry through B.A./B.S. Degree program, prior internship experiences, course selections, or extracurricular activities.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
  • Superior organizational skills and excellent communication skills; team oriented.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail oriented, meticulous and creative.
  • Creativity, innovative, technical capability and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe products and PC or Mac computers.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Pinterest, Snap, and TikTok.
  • Prepare audience lists, ad copy, and creative specs.
  • Assist with trafficking ads and QA.
  • Pull daily/weekly performance reports.
  • Help analyze performance trends and recommend optimization ideas.
  • Support search marketing efforts across Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads.
  • Conduct keyword research and expansion.
  • Monitor budgets, pacing, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Gather competitive insights.
  • Assist with bid adjustments and search query optimization.
  • Coordinate with Creative, Ecommerce, Marketing and Merchandising teams on campaign needs.
  • Maintain campaign calendars and update internal documents.
  • Assist with ad asset organization and file management.
  • Support weekly performance recap prep for leadership.
