About The Position

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist to support the execution of email marketing, virtual event, association, and trade advertising programs, as well as the maintenance of customer and account records within HubSpot. This role collaborates with subject matter experts across the organization to plan and execute cross-channel programs that generate demand and engage customers throughout the buyer journey.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of marketing experience in a corporate or agency environment
  • Extremely collaborative and adept at working cross-functionally, particularly with sales teams and product managers
  • Experience with a CRM system, HubSpot preferred
  • Basic analytics, Google Analytics or similar
  • Experience with webinar platforms, on24, Cvent or similar
  • Entrepreneurial and displays initiative
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to drive and consistently meet deadlines is a must
  • Able to work successfully with a diverse group of people and be a team player
  • Continuous improvement and results-oriented
  • Must be able to travel up to 10-15% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Execute email marketing programs through HubSpot, leveraging customer databases and automation workflows to drive engagement among target personas.
  • Support marketing campaign implementation, including landing pages, blogs, emails, advertising, marketing content and events, and analyzing subsequent performance data to continuously improve activities.
  • Serve as the day-to-day coordinator for trade publications and associations, identifying advertising opportunities that build brand affinity among readership and members.
  • Maintain customer and account records in HubSpot for use across Marketing and Sales.
  • Plan and host virtual webinar events that drive demand in the market.
  • Manage the lead capture tool for trade shows and other relevant events; work cross-functionally to deliver leads to appropriate teams and generate post-show reporting.
