Per la nostra sede di Milano siamo alla ricerca di un/a CRM & Digital Marketing Intern da inserire in stage all’interno della nostra Client Organization. All'interno della Client Organization, avrai l'opportunità di affiancare un team dinamico e appassionato, nelle seguenti attività chiave: Campagne Commerciali e Gestione CRM * fornirai supporto nella creazione e segmentazione di liste contatti per campagne su CRM e strumenti di lead generation. * affiancherai il team di Digital Marketing, occupandoti del set-up, dell'invio e del monitoraggio delle campagne commerciali, tracciando aperture, click, conversioni e follow-up. * collaborerai allo sviluppo delle funzionalità del CRM sia a livello locale che internazionale. * contribuirai allo sviluppo di flussi di nurturing tramite la creazione di sequenze mail personalizzate. Inoltre, supporterai il/la tutor nella gestione quotidiana del database (import/export dati, pulizia contatti, verifica correttezza dei dati e aggiornamento anagrafiche da fonti interne/esterne), producendo report periodici sulla qualità, nel rispetto del GDPR. Attività di Marketing Supporterai il team Marketing nella collaborazione con stakeholder interni o media partner per la creazione di contenuti di marketing, tra cui articoli, interviste e leaflet, assicurando la corretta e fluida esecuzione delle attività. Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Excellent command of the Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Fluent knowledge of the English language.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of lead generation tools and platforms is a preferential requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Support in the creation and segmentation of contact lists for CRM campaigns and lead generation tools.
  • Assist the Digital Marketing team with the setup, sending, and monitoring of commercial campaigns, tracking opens, clicks, conversions, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate on the development of CRM functionalities at both local and international levels.
  • Contribute to the development of nurturing flows through the creation of personalized email sequences.
  • Support the tutor in the daily management of the database (data import/export, contact cleaning, data correctness verification, and updating records from internal/external sources), producing periodic quality reports in compliance with GDPR.
  • Support the Marketing team in collaborating with internal stakeholders or media partners for the creation of marketing content, including articles, interviews, and leaflets, ensuring the correct and smooth execution of activities.
