About The Position

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS, paid media, SEO, and affiliate marketing. This role involves managing timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure campaigns launch on schedule. The coordinator will also assist with organizing briefs, assets, and campaign details, perform quality checks, and support basic reporting and performance tracking. This position offers a hybrid work model with 2 days of remote work and is based in Orange County.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing (Email, Paid Media, SEO, Affiliate).
  • Comfortable working with data and learning new tools.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks.

Nice To Haves

  • Internship or academic experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or analytics is a plus.
  • Basic familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., email platforms, Google Analytics, ad platforms) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Help manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure campaigns launch on schedule.
  • Assist in organizing briefs, assets, and campaign details across teams.
  • Support quality checks (links, tracking, creative, copy) before campaigns go live.
  • Coordinate with Creative and Copy teams to gather assets and ensure alignment for email & SMS marketing.
  • Help maintain the campaign calendar and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Support A/B testing and basic reporting for email & SMS marketing.
  • Coordinate with CRM agency on execution and timelines for email & SMS marketing.
  • Support the execution of paid media campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok).
  • Assist with organizing creative briefs and asset delivery for paid media.
  • Help monitor campaign performance and flag any issues for paid media.
  • Support campaign setup QA (links, UTMs, naming conventions) for paid media.
  • Coordinate with external agencies to ensure smooth execution for paid media.
  • Support coordination with SEO and Affiliate partners/agencies.
  • Assist with content briefs and ensure assets are delivered on time for SEO & Affiliate.
  • Help track deliverables and timelines for SEO & Affiliate.
  • Support basic reporting and performance tracking for SEO & Affiliate.
