About The Position

The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of B2B digital marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence, drive engagement, and support business growth for the Beusa Family of Companies. This role focuses on website management, social media, branding, and graphic design, requiring a creative and detail-oriented professional with a solid background in digital marketing and design.

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Successfully passes all applicable general pre-employment testing including but not limited to background check, pre-employment drug screening, pre-employment fit tests, pre-employment aptitude and/or competency assessment(s).
  • Overtime may be required and in person, predictable attendance in The Woodlands, TX (if applicable).
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License required.
  • Most employment is contingent upon meeting company driving standards, including 3-year U.S. driving history and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) in accordance with Company policy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • An equivalent combination of education, specialized training, and relevant professional experience will be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or advertising.
  • Demonstrated experience in graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite and similar tools).
  • Experience managing social media platforms and campaigns.
  • Proficiency in social media marketing and content creation for B2B.
  • Creative design skills with a strong eye for detail and branding consistency.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors and agencies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with paid digital advertising (PPC, social ads).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Proficiency with SharePoint management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across web, email, and social media platforms.
  • Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy, usability, and brand alignment.
  • Optimize website content using SEO best practices to improve search visibility and performance.
  • Monitor and report on website analytics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage and execute social media strategies across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with brand messaging.
  • Monitor social channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with target audiences.
  • Track performance metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.
  • Develop visually compelling digital assets, including social media graphics, email templates, and marketing materials.
  • Support with development of organizational newsletter.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity across all digital channels and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to reinforce brand standards.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned to assist with successful operations and business continuity.
