About The Position

This position is responsible for graphic design elements throughout the company and assisting in the development of overall company and departmental initiatives based around the company’s Digital Marketing Strategic Playbook. The role involves maintaining up-to-date content on all company websites, tracking web traffic, and developing opportunities for growth. It also includes maintaining website chat functions across all platforms, developing, executing, and measuring online and email campaigns, and leading content marketing efforts using Hubspot. The individual will serve as the subject matter expert for email campaign execution best practices. Additionally, this role manages Wyoming Machinery Company and associated divisions’ social media platforms, including content creation, post responses, and lead distribution. It is accountable for ad creation and placement, determining and adhering to ad schedules, and driving customer engagement within the social media arena. Responsibilities also include SEO, Google AdWords, & Google Analytics, creating and distributing monthly metrics for Digital Marketing initiatives, and maintaining the Editorial Calendar. Project management using SmartSheet, providing specific support to all divisions’ needs, and assisting with marketing activities like special events and open houses are also key aspects of this role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Marketing, Advertisement, Business, or related area of study from a four (4) year college or university preferred or four (4) years marketing experience.
  • Experience working with computers, social media and websites is required.
  • Must be able to effectively read and write in such a manner to communicate to all levels of company personnel, suppliers, and customers.
  • Must have ability to establish, monitor, and meet short and long-term goals.
  • Must be well organized, self-motivated, able to work very effectively under pressure, and able to meet timelines.
  • Experienced with running e-mail campaigns, marketing automation platforms and customer journeys required.
  • Working knowledge of database and segmentation concepts.
  • Social media savvy with keen interest in web technology and digital marketing.
  • Familiar with HTML, Adobe Creative Suite, Olark, HubSpot, and WordPress platforms.
  • Knowledge and understanding of digital advertising, SEO, and Google Analytics.
  • Overall, a team player who is willing to work outside of designated job duties on occasion.

  • Assist with any marketing activities or projects, including but not limited to: special events, open houses, etc.
