Digital Marketing & Communications Professionals

Popcorn Potential•Los Angeles, CA

About The Position

Popcorn Potential is seeking experienced digital marketing and communications professionals interested in applying their existing skills through an independent professional pathway. This is not a conventional employed position managing campaigns for an internal marketing department or a single client. Instead, participants operate independently within an established professional framework, using digital communication and relationship-building skills to develop their own professional activity. Activities may include building professional connections through LinkedIn and other digital platforms; creating and sharing digital content, information and professional resources; developing relationships through online conversations and networking; communicating with people interested in personal growth, leadership and professional development; learning established digital systems, tools and processes; participating in structured training, mentoring and ongoing professional development; and managing their own schedules, priorities and activity. Popcorn Potential offers resources such as remote working arrangements, flexible scheduling subject to commitments and chosen activities, structured onboarding and guidance, training and professional development resources, established systems and processes, mentoring, and access to a broader professional community, including opportunities to connect and learn internationally. Participants manage their own professional activity and outcomes. This is an independent contractor opportunity, not salaried employment. It does not provide employee status or a guaranteed wage. Activities, commitments and financial outcomes depend on the specific business arrangement, the work undertaken and the results achieved. The pathway may suit experienced professionals exploring an independent direction alongside other commitments or as a longer-term professional pursuit.
