About The Position

The primary position will consist of daily social media updates and digital marketing tasks to include assisting and managing the new company website development by updating new material and removing old content. The role involves developing and actively engaging in social media to promote Ka-Comm, manufacturer’s products, and ongoing projects. This includes highlighting awarded or completed projects, promoting product specials, and featuring offices and employees. The representative will also manage and update digital boards at all facilities, highlighting manufacturer’s products and services, new hires, and Ka-Comm Calendar events. Additionally, the role supports trade shows by working with sales personnel, assisting in selecting shows, creating promotions, and tracking ROI. The position requires photographing and producing informational documents on Ka-Comm products, and working with the Sales Team to develop marketing material for each sales territory, tracking ROI in those regions, and developing regional promotional material. This role is based in an indoor and outdoor setting and requires driving a company vehicle to conduct work.

Requirements

  • Post high school education to include an undergraduate degree in Business/Marketing, including electronic social media development.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
  • Meet schedules and timelines.
  • Maintain daily records.
  • Follow Ka-Comm. Inc. rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to work behind a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to use a company vehicle to travel and assist with trade shows.

Responsibilities
