About The Position

The SMB Team is the fastest-growing digital marketing and coaching business for attorneys nationwide. We are looking for a Client Experience Specialist to join our team. This role involves working with digital marketing clients to help them achieve real results and requires a confident personality to build strong, positive connections with clients quickly. The SMB Team is a rapidly-growing marketing agency and coaching business for lawyers, known for its significant year-over-year growth and impact in the legal industry.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience working at a digital marketing agency.
• A deep understanding of digital marketing services and strategies.
• Experience with Google Ads.
• Proven track record in managing client accounts.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client expectations.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills.
• A keen eye for detail.
• Solid organization skills.
• Proactive and resourceful.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes.
• SEO + PPC or SEO + SOCIAL experience is required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in the legal industry is a plus.
• Local Service Ads and Facebook Ads are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts by overseeing the client services to ensure they are performing well, on-time, and implemented to the clients’ needs.
• Work with the clients and their staff to make strategy decisions and pivots, pushing back on client requests if they won’t yield desired results.
• Work with internal services teams to strategize for clients’ needs.
• Identify areas where clients’ services are lacking and offer proposed solutions, including upgrading services to higher tiers.
• Coordinate and execute monthly reporting calls with the client.
• Over-communicate with clients in an effective and clear manner regarding the work being performed and results achieved.
