As an Account Manager, you’ll play a critical role in delivering on that promise—partnering with clients to turn strategy into results. In this role, you’ll act as the primary point of contact post-sale, owning the client relationship and ensuring campaigns across search, social, display, and our proprietary solutions are driving real business impact. You’ll combine data, strategy, and collaboration to optimize performance and uncover new opportunities for growth. Requirements

  • 3+ years of client-facing account management experience with a strong track record of building relationships and delivering results
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns (search, social, display, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing performance metrics, including PPC, programmatic, social, and analytics (GA4 preferred)
  • Ability to turn insights into strategy and communicate recommendations with confidence
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and educate clients
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Own the client relationship post-sale, building trust and becoming a strategic advisor focused on long-term success
  • Drive performance across multi-channel campaigns including search, social, display, and O&O media
  • Translate data into action by analyzing campaign performance, identifying trends, and delivering optimization recommendations
  • Partner closely with Sales and Optimization teams to align on strategy, execution, and client goals
  • Lead client conversations through regular touchpoints (weekly, monthly), clearly communicating performance, insights, and value
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities and guide clients on how to maximize their marketing investment
  • Ensure a cohesive marketing strategy across all channels to deliver consistent messaging and results
  • Stay ahead of the curve by adapting strategies in an ever-evolving digital landscape

Benefits

  • The annualized base salary for this role will range between $45,000, and $55,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
