About The Position

Dupray is a privately owned Canadian company that has been designing and selling premium home appliances across North America and Europe for nearly 18 years. As we continue to grow through innovation, e-commerce and retail expansion, we're looking for a Digital Growth Manager to help shape the future of our customer acquisition strategy. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you'll work closely with senior members of our marketing team, creative partners and international agencies to develop and optimize high-impact digital marketing initiatives. This role is much more than campaign management. You'll play an important role in driving growth through data, strategy and continuous optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
  • Minimum five years of digital marketing experience.
  • At least two years of agency experience.
  • Strong expertise in paid media and campaign optimization.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and GA4.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with e-commerce, Amazon Advertising or Retail Media is considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads and Retail Media Networks.
  • Build media plans aligned with business objectives and revenue goals.
  • Manage and optimize advertising investments to maximize ROAS and profitability.
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer acquisition data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Leverage GA4 and attribution tools to support data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with creative, content and design teams to improve campaign performance.
  • Work closely with agency partners across Canada, the United States and Europe.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, audience research and market analysis.
  • Present recommendations and performance insights to leadership.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
  • Support broader growth initiatives including affiliate marketing and customer journey optimization.
