About The Position

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Digital Services Project Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of visual content across print and digital platforms. This role combines project management with hands-on creative expertise, supporting the creation of graphics, presentations, infographics, animations, and multimedia assets. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, researchers, and cross-functional teams to translate complex information into visually engaging and scientifically accurate content while ensuring compliance with branding and accessibility standards. This will be a Hybrid role.

Requirements

Proven experience in graphic design, digital media, or a related creative field.
Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
Experience creating presentations, infographics, animations, and multimedia content.
Ability to translate complex or scientific concepts into clear visual representations.
Familiarity with branding, visual identity standards, and design best practices.
Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility requirements.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
Experience working collaboratively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interpret creative direction.

Experience supporting events, media engagements, or press-related materials is a plus

Responsibilities

Create and manage graphic design and layouts for print and digital media.
Design, develop, and edit Microsoft PowerPoint presentations.
Develop press kits, infographics, and visual materials for media events and press releases.
Create graphics for trade shows, conferences, exhibits, and event booths.
Design visual assets for video production, including motion graphics and animations.
Produce original illustrations (2D, 3D, traditional, and digital) to communicate complex concepts.
Ensure all visual content aligns with organizational branding guidelines and visual identity.
Conduct research and collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy of visuals.
Gather requirements from stakeholders and manage projects from concept to delivery.
Ensure all deliverables meet Section 508 accessibility compliance standards.
Provide technical and creative guidance to internal teams on visual communication.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools and other design software to produce high-quality content.
Participate in special projects and perform additional creative duties as assigned.
