About The Position

Wing is seeking an elite talent to join M32 AI, a startup within a corporate backed by top-tier Silicon Valley VCs, dedicated to building agentic AI for traditional service businesses. This role is for a Digital & Field Events Marketer who will own all things events, from industry events, tradeshows, and conferences to small luncheons and thought leadership conversations, as well as digital events like webinars and podcasts, including hosting them. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role for someone 2-4 years into their career who loves logistics, thrives in fast-paced environments, and enjoys executing successful events. The role offers creativity and autonomy to try new events, partnering closely with sales, marketing, and product to drive meetings, opportunities, and revenue. It's a high-visibility function from day one, offering significant growth opportunities and ownership.

Requirements

  • 1 to 4 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event coordination, ideally B2B or tech.
  • A track record of organizing events end to end, even at smaller scale.
  • Experience managing an events budget, including forecasting, tracking spend, and making trade-offs.
  • Comfortable defining KPIs and building reports that connect event activity to pipeline and revenue.
  • Genuinely interested in AI and using it to work smarter, with specific examples of using AI to automate or improve event marketing work.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot is sufficient on the CRM side.
  • Strong project management instincts, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and multiple moving pieces.
  • Comfortable negotiating with vendors and event organizers.
  • Excellent communicator, both written and in person.
  • Ability to problem-solve on your feet and remain calm under pressure.
  • Willing and able to travel 30 to 50% during peak event seasons across North America, with potential European travel.
  • Must have the right to work in the country where you live; visa sponsorship is not offered.
  • Must live within roughly an hour of a major airport hub with frequent direct flights (US or Canada).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with event tools like Cvent, Splash, Bizzabo, or Goldcast.
  • Experience working with international events or vendors.
  • Background in B2B SaaS or a similar fast-paced tech environment.

Responsibilities

  • Source and prioritize events, owning a rolling 12-month event calendar.
  • Negotiate and contract sponsorships, booth space, speaking slots, and add-ons with event organizers, vendors, and venues.
  • Plan and execute events end-to-end, managing booth design, shipping, swag, collateral, lead capture, AV, catering, hotel blocks, and travel logistics.
  • Act as the on-site point of contact for all events, including setup, teardown, and real-time troubleshooting.
  • Prep attending team members with objectives, talking points, target accounts, and logistics.
  • Partner with sales to book pre-show meetings, run on-site events, and ensure lead follow-up.
  • Execute pre- and post-event campaigns with marketing for email outreach, landing pages, paid promotion, and social media.
  • Manage the event budget, track costs, forecast accurately, and make trade-off decisions.
  • Define KPIs for each event (leads, meetings, pipeline, ROI) and build post-event reports for analysis and improvement.
