About The Position

As a full-time Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. You will play a key role in growing our brand presence and ensuring our Job Site platform, Gotham Enterprises Ltd, is the go-to destination for healthcare professionals. Objective: To Drive Significant Organic & Paid Web Traffic to our Platform

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, English or related field.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing (Job Board, healthcare or recruitment industry experience is a plus).
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
Proven track record of managing paid campaigns and driving measurable results.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with strong analytical skills.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing).
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI.
Develop engaging content strategies to attract healthcare job seekers and employers.
Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing metrics.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices.
