As a Technical Product Manager leader in Digital Engineering, you will have the opportunity to lead the delivery of technology projects and programs that align with our organizational strategy and achieve desired outcomes. You will provide assurance to leadership by managing timelines, costs, and quality, and lead both technical and non-technical project teams in the development and implementation of technology solutions and/or infrastructure. Your specialized knowledge of project and program delivery methods, including Agile and waterfall, will be crucial as you coach others on relevant processes, tools, techniques, and enabling technologies. You will utilize and define the next generation of agentic harnesses that enables teams to delegate complex tasks to autonomous agents, thereby accelerating development cycles and enhancing project outcomes. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results Develops solutions to complex problems Recommends changes to policies and establishes procedures that affect immediate work area and possibly the business function within own area/department.

Requirements

  • Equivalent professional experience as a product manager defining and delivering commercial-grade software products and services
  • Significant customer-facing experience related to planning, requirements gathering, prioritizing, and scoping
  • Experience delivering software platforms, products, and services targeted at highly technical audiences (i.e. software developers)
  • Experience working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team to deliver products/services
  • Demonstrated skills in developing product roadmaps and functional requirements, launching new products/features, conducting customer research and/or facilitating user testing
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines
  • Experience coordinating complex product development cycles and software development schedules
  • Strong attention to detail and end-to-end ownership
  • Proficient in Agile delivery and development methodologies.
  • Experienced in application delivery processes and application development tools.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance and testing practices.
  • Knowledgeable in system development lifecycle and technology integration.
  • Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree)
  • Typically, no less than 5 years relevant experience in digital product engineering roles.
  • Success in delivering products/services in a high-growth environment, with a demonstrated ability to identify and solve ambiguous customer-focused problems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to align with stakeholders on expectations
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to make recommendations and measure success
  • Familiar with application development tools and the SDLC.

Responsibilities

  • Own the vision and strategy for products on behalf of our clients, define the product roadmap, and deliver clear requirements that designers and engineers will use to bring your vision to life.
  • Ensure clear product vision is defined.
  • Drive day-to-day execution and delivery with re-prioritization and adjustments being made along the way to respond to an evolving business landscape.
  • By incorporating agentic harnesses, product managers can automate routine decision-making, streamline requirement gathering, and facilitate real-time feedback integration, making the lifecycle more efficient and responsive.
