Join us and help run what runs the world. This position reports to: Digital Lead, Industry Solution __ ABB’s Account Management Team owns the number. You are their most valuable asset in the room. As the founding Digital Solutions Consultant for the Americas, this leader will be brought into strategic energy industry accounts at the moments that matter — providing the technical depth, domain credibility, and consultative presence that converts complex opportunities into wins. You are measured on impact: deal velocity, win rate on engaged opportunities, and overall digital portfolio performance across the territory. This is a player-coach role. For the first 12–18 months you personally drive the consulting engagement model — plant floor to boardroom — building the repeatable playbook. As the model is proven, you recruit and lead the team that scales it. If you are the person account teams call when a deal gets technical or competitive, and those deals tend to close, keep reading.
