This role focuses on testing and quality assurance within a Digital CRM environment, with a critical emphasis on Agentforce & AI Testing. The consultant will be responsible for designing and executing various test cases, including functional, integration, regression, API, and automation testing. A key aspect of the role involves validating Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations, as well as testing and validating AI agent outputs for accuracy, relevance, and hallucination detection. The consultant will also build test frameworks for AI agents, ensuring compliance with AI governance, and develop/integrate AI agents into Salesforce workflows for Sales and Support functions. This includes implementing prompt templates, context injection, and integrating Salesforce with AI/LLM platforms. The role also requires writing clean, testable, scalable code, following CI/CD pipelines, and participating in Agile ceremonies.
