Digital consultants will work on a variety of projects. Each project is designed to fuel your curiosity, build capability, drive meaningful impact, and prepare you for the next career level. Consultants compile and analyze data, document findings, and communicate insights that contribute impactfully to client engagements. A successful consultant manages time and priorities effectively, takes ownership of assignments, and contributes impactfully to collective team results. Digital consultants will gain experience partnering with and advising clients on Customer and Digital Transformation Strategy, Innovation, Customer Experience, Customer Care, Creative and Design, Content, Sales and Marketing Acceleration, and Digital Experience Platforms. Digital consultants are hired into one of the following areas: Customer Experience Strategy & Operations: Customer Experience Strategy & Operations teams help clients reimagine and connect customer-facing experiences to meet evolving business demands and architect for growth. By leveraging insights from customer behavior, market trends, and operational data, we develop strategies that drive revenue, optimize sales performance, and scale meaningful engagement across channels. Key offerings include Digital Transformation Strategy, Customer Experience, Sales Strategy & Operations, and Demand Generation Call Centers. Digital Marketing Agency: Digital Marketing Agency teams build comprehensive strategies and campaigns by deeply understanding clients' audiences, behaviors, and the insights that drive meaningful engagement. We connect creative execution with data-driven media strategies to optimize brand performance and deliver results at scale. Key offerings include Marketing Strategy & Operations, Advertising Media, and Creative Campaigns. Experience Design & Platforms: Experience Design & Platforms specialists craft seamless, high-impact digital experiences by combining user-centered design with leading-edge technology platforms. We design, build, and optimize the tools and interactions that power personalized customer journeys across marketing, sales, and commerce. Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Advertising, Business Technology, Computer Science, Data and Analytics, Design, Engineering, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Management, Marketing, Strategy, or related fields)
  • Authorized to work in the United States for Protiviti without sponsorship now or in the future
  • Experience solving problems using AI-powered productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GenAI, etc.)
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to apply critical thinking skills and innovation to client engagements across various industries
  • Technical proficiency aligning to assigned capability area
