The Digital Consultant is responsible for leading and coordinating the execution of digital marketing campaigns across CIBC’s owned channels, including CIBC.com, Digital Banking, and Email. The role leverages Agile Marketing methodology to ensure efficient, timely, and high-quality delivery of marketing initiatives that drive client acquisition, product engagement, and digital channel adoption. The consultant partners with cross-functional teams to optimize campaign performance and enhance the end-to-end client experience. At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring timely launches and strict adherence to quality standards.
  • Utilize Agile Marketing methodology to streamline processes, maximize productivity, and accelerate delivery cycles for optimal outcomes.
  • Continuously identify and implement improvements to increase the speed and quality of campaign delivery.
  • Guide cross-functional teams in planning, building, and launching campaigns, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Exhibit a proactive approach to resolving issues and ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Foster an environment of open communication and clear accountability throughout the campaign delivery process.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external partners for seamless campaign delivery.
  • Track campaign performance using tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, and Adobe Target.
  • Identify optimization opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to drive continuous performance enhancement.
