About The Position

Under the responsibility of the Senior Management of Digital Business – Life and Financial Services, you will be responsible for applying and contributing to the digital strategy in life and financial services (members and partners). Your role will be to transform the experience through innovative digital solutions, in alignment with Beneva's overall strategy and the Business sector, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. You will contribute to defining, prioritizing, and evolving a product vision in close collaboration with our key partners. You will play a key role in Beneva's digital transformation, centered on the needs of members and partners to develop a unified Beneva.

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in a field related to e-commerce/digital or equivalent experience or schooling.
  • Accumulate a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the digital or life and financial services sector.
  • Possess knowledge of digital, and/or an understanding of user, business, and technological needs.
  • Know Agile project management methods and the SAFe methodology in a user experience context.
  • Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Advanced proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written, due to the nature of the tasks and interactions with French- and English-speaking colleagues, partners, clients, and/or suppliers.

Responsibilities

  • Respect and evolve the digital vision and roadmap for customer journeys and interactions related to life and financial services in close collaboration with product managers.
  • Collaborate actively with our major partners and suppliers to facilitate the delivery of our digital solutions.
  • Take charge of analyzing and defining the business needs of internal employees and facilitate the work of experts.
  • Measure and optimize performance by relying on data and promoting innovation to maximize the value generated by the product.
  • Represent your multidisciplinary team in the selection of solutions, respecting user needs, business needs, and technological capabilities.
  • Participate in market studies, in collaboration with experts, to understand user expectations and needs.
  • Analyze and interpret available analytical data for strategic interpretation.
  • Monitor the performance of digital platforms and recommend necessary adjustments to achieve organizational objectives and optimize user experience.
  • Collaborate to identify the most promising digital solutions and recommend priority investments to achieve a better return on investment and a distinctive customer experience.
