iHeartMedia is seeking a National Digital Client Success Manager to join their Digital Client Success team. This role is responsible for post-sale project management and execution for a book of Podcast and Digital business. The manager will support the development of key growth areas for iHeartMedia by partnering with internal teams such as sales, pre-sale sale development, social, programming, creative production, events, research, ad/pod operations, and inventory management. The position requires extensive cross-team partnership, excellent communication and analytic skills, and strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in the digital media space, be a self-starter, an entrepreneurial project manager, thrive in building relationships, and be able to communicate detailed information clearly and effectively. The ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple projects, and maintain attention to detail is critical.
