About The Position

This internship focuses on supporting the Digital Channels department. The intern will assist department management with various assignments, including research, file maintenance, and report analysis, to enhance the department's efficiency, effectiveness, and accuracy. The role involves supporting all phases of Retail and Business Online Banking (BOB) procedures, assisting with report preparation and completion, and improving departmental productivity by developing and enhancing PC and other Digital Channels applications. The intern will also stay updated on the latest trends in Digital & Retail banking and perform other related duties as needed.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability in written and verbal communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex subjects in manageable pieces to Banking and Non-Banking staff.
• Must have literacy across a broad range of devices (Smartphones, Tablets, Laptops etc.).
• Ability to independently research information relative to assigned tasks.
• Must demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong inter-personal, team and collaboration skills, build rapport and maintain positive relationship with Digital Channels team members.

Responsibilities
