About The Position

This internship focuses on supporting the Digital Channels department with various assignments to promote efficiency, effectiveness, and accuracy. The intern will gain exposure to Retail and Business Online Banking (BOB) procedures, assist with report preparation, and contribute to the enhancement of PC and Digital Channels applications. The role also involves staying updated on the latest trends in Digital & Retail banking and performing other related duties as needed.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability in written and verbal communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex subjects in manageable pieces to Banking and Non-Banking staff.
• Must have literacy across a broad range of devices (Smartphones, Tablets, Laptops etc.).
• Ability to independently research information relative to assigned tasks.
• Must demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong inter-personal, team and collaboration skills, build rapport and maintain positive relationship with Digital Channels team members.

Responsibilities

• Assists department management by working on assignments (including research, file maintenance, report analysis) that help promote efficiency, effectiveness, and accuracy in the department.
• Supports all phases of Retail and Business Online Banking (BOB) procedures.
• Assists with the preparation and completion of reports.
• Improves departmental productivity and work flow by developing and enhancing PC and other Digital Channels applications.
• Keeps up to date with the latest trends in the Digital & Retail banking.
• Helps out as needed by performing other related duties which may be necessary from time to time.
