The Digital Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Marketing Communications and will work closely with all areas of the marketing team. Granicus is looking for a collaborative and innovative digital marketer that has a strong grasp of current marketing trends and strategies and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns. Granicus is a remote first company. While we have virtual teams, you have the option for in-office work should you be located near one of our hubs. starting rate may vary by experience and/or location Granicus is subject to the Executive Order requiring employees of federal contractors to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. Additional Information (Colorado only) Minimum salary $75,000-$85,000 + bonus + benefits Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum salary compensation for this role when being hired into our offices in Colorado.

Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or relevant experience
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Experience leading, managing, and optimizing organic search, paid search, display advertising, and social media while on a budget
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Project management skills and an understanding of how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders
  • You possess the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment where functioning autonomously and collaborating as part of a team are equally important
  • You are a self-starter with the curiosity to expand the scope of assigned projects and tasks as needed
  • You are passionate and/or experienced in working with public sector entities
  • You have experience with 6sense

Responsibilities

  • Build, plan and implement a digital marketing strategy with organic search, paid search, display advertising, and social media
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms
  • Identify trends and optimize spend and performance based on insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
  • Recommend changes to website, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords and optimizing campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links
