About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Campaign Specialist to join our marketing team. This individual will take ownership of our digital marketing and campaigns for North America, with a focus on HubSpot, email marketing, and digital advertising. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of designing, executing, and optimizing campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and pipeline growth across North America.

Requirements

  • Native or fully fluent bilingual proficiency in French and English, with exceptional written and spoken French communication skills required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on HubSpot expertise (workflows, email automation, reporting).
  • Experience with Account Based Marketing (ABM/ABP) usage in HubSpot.
  • Proven experience creating and executing email campaigns, newsletters, and nurture workflows.
  • Experience managing digital ads campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Knowledge of B2B marketing best practices, particularly for North America markets.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage workflows, automation, and campaign reporting in HubSpot.
  • Ensure data integrity, segmentation, and lead lifecycle management within HubSpot.
  • Provide training and support for the marketing team on HubSpot workflows, emails, and campaigns.
  • Develop and execute targeted email campaigns, newsletters, and nurture sequences.
  • Create event workflows, including pre-event promotions, registration nurture, and post-event follow-up.
  • A/B test subject lines, content, and CTAs to optimize performance.
  • Manage digital campaign tools to create and launch digital ads (search, display, social, etc.) across North America.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design compelling ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs and adjust targeting, messaging, and budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and impact on pipeline.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
