About The Position

The Digital Brands Senior Coordinator is responsible for driving brand growth through digitally led strategies, campaign execution, and performance optimization across key online channels for NEW YOU Media and Great HealthWorks. They will partner cross-functionally with marketplaces, creative, media, and e-Commerce teams to help develop and execute data-driven campaigns that build brand awareness, drive conversion, and increase customer loyalty. This role helps ensure campaigns are aligned across channels, timelines are met, and brand messaging remains consistent across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate combines brand storytelling with performance digital marketing to drive brand growth alongside the assigned Brand Manager and the Marketing team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, English, marketing, media communications, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar position.
  • Understanding of the full marketing mix, including experience with planning, management, execution, and measurement of all forms of digital media: search, social, display, video, mobile, and email.
  • Proven experience executing campaigns across digital channels (paid social, search, display, influencer, and/or eCommerce).
  • Ability to be a self-starter that can take on tasks and projects and drive them to completion.
  • Creative and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to turn complex ideas into clear narratives for a wide range of stakeholder audiences.
  • Great at multi-tasking.
  • Excellent organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using the following technologies: Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Search Marketing Services, Microsoft Ads, SEM Rush, Sprout Social, (Sellics, Dotdigital, and YotPo,)
  • Background in D2C CPG products and/or healthcare and the supplement industry
  • Meta, Google, or a digital marketing certification
  • Advanced Google Analytics certification

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of digital-first brand strategies and assist with content ideation for paid social (Meta, YouTube), TikTok, influencer marketing, Amazon, and e-commerce optimization.
  • Provide marketing and content support across pretty supplement brands, ensuring consistency in branding, messaging, and execution.
  • Support the Bilingual Digital Brands Manager in end-to-end campaign development and ongoing content series, including briefing, launch, optimization, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Support content development and optimization across websites, Amazon listings, and marketing channels to improve search visibility and overall discoverability for both Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
  • Assist the Bilingual Digital Brand Manager in analyzing performance metrics across platforms to identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and overall brand performance.
  • Plan and organize workflow against a company calendar including product and campaign launches for NEW YOU. Cascade work from overall organizational and departmental goals to ensure content is scheduled and executed to hit the goals and KPIs.
  • Support the Bilingual Digital Brand Manager with brand presence and performance across Amazon and other digital selling platforms, including product listings, content, and promotional strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand tasks are completed within established deadlines.
  • Stay up to date on emerging digital platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Maintain brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all digital and offline channels.
  • Coordinate with creative, production, and media teams to ensure timely delivery of assets and campaigns.
  • Assist in managing brand calendars, timelines, and deliverables.
