About The Position

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and highly organized individual with a strong sense of aesthetics to contribute to the production, optimization, and publishing of content across various digital platforms for our portfolio of hotels and restaurants. Reporting to the Director of Digital Experience and Strategy, this person will play a key role in ensuring the quality, consistency, and performance of content, while also contributing to the continuous improvement of the guest journey across all digital touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, writing, or digital media.
  • One to two years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics.
  • Knowledge of content management systems (CMS), email platforms, or CRM tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong interest in digital, customer experience, and branded content.
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English (spoken and written), due to the nature of the role and interactions with English-speaking colleagues, partners, or clients across Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in planning and coordinating the editorial and promotional calendar.
  • Write, edit, translate, and publish content for the website and other digital platforms.
  • Create, integrate, and deploy email campaigns and automated communications.
  • Contribute to optimizing guest journey content to deliver a seamless, consistent experience aligned with brand standards.
  • Ensure content quality, brand consistency, and adherence to deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient project execution.
