About The Position

As a Digital Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our artists show up online every day. You’ll be hands-on in the execution of social strategy, from spotting trends in real time to helping bring digital campaigns to life across platforms. You’ll support the full lifecycle of digital rollouts, assisting with everything from early-stage brainstorming to content creation, publishing, and performance tracking. This role is for someone who lives and breathes internet culture, moves quickly, and knows how to turn trends into meaningful, engaging content. You have a strong point of view on what works (and what doesn’t), and you’re constantly thinking about how to translate that into growth, engagement, and cultural relevance for our artists. You’re just as comfortable jumping into content creation as you are organizing campaign details, pulling insights, and collaborating cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and web teams.

  • Strong instincts for trends, storytelling, and what resonates online

Responsibilities

  • Enhance and optimize all of Big Loud’s digital and social efforts across platforms
  • You’ll stay on top of emerging social trends in real time, flagging opportunities and helping bring them to life quickly with compelling content
  • Assist in ideating and executing social activations around key releases across our artist roster
  • Brainstorm, source, create, and publish promotional social content, with a strong focus on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
  • Build and maintain cross-channel social content calendars, documents, and decks tied to major campaigns and releases
  • Track performance: analyzing both paid and organic content and report on insights to help guide strategy
  • Manage and post across various Big Loud–owned social media accounts
  • Collaborate with web designers to update and maintain Big Loud’s website
  • Partner closely with our creative team to source and deliver assets for social and web
  • Support additional digital and social projects as needed, we’re a fast-moving team, and no two days look the same
