About The Position

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity for motivated and ambitious individuals seeking unlimited growth potential and flexibility. The role involves building strong client relationships, assisting clients with understanding their benefits and coverage options, and delivering professional, personalized customer experiences. You will conduct virtual appointments via Zoom, explain supplemental benefit options, and help clients complete enrollment applications. Continuous professional development is encouraged through weekly training calls and leadership sessions, focusing on communication, customer service, and leadership skills. Collaboration with a remote team and supportive leaders is key, with ongoing mentorship and coaching opportunities available. The company offers various incentives, including incentive trips to destinations like Cabo, Tulum, Las Vegas, and Cancun, as well as performance-based rewards such as Jeep Wranglers, MacBook Pros, and Airbnb experiences. This is a commission-based role with bonus and residual income opportunities, requiring basic work equipment (computer, internet, webcam, microphone, quiet workspace) and a Life & Health Insurance License prior to client interaction.

Responsibilities
