About The Position

We provide full training, ongoing mentorship, leadership support, and virtual coaching and development. This role involves engaging virtually with clients through Zoom and virtual platforms, understanding their needs and financial goals, and providing personalized benefit solutions. You will master supplemental benefit and protection strategies, educate families on coverage options, and help them make informed decisions. Building long-lasting relationships through strong communication, excellent customer service, and professional client interactions is key. You will also collaborate remotely with a motivated virtual team, participate in leadership calls and training sessions, and thrive in a positive and energetic remote culture.

Requirements
