About The Position

Since 2020, our company has operated in a 100% virtual environment, offering flexibility and a modern remote work experience. This role involves engaging virtually with clients through Zoom and other virtual platforms to understand their financial and benefit needs, providing personalized solutions and support. You will master supplemental benefit products and services, educate families on available protection options, and help clients make informed financial decisions. Building long-term client relationships through trust, strong communication, and ongoing customer service is key. You will also collaborate in a remote environment with a motivated virtual team, participate in leadership and team meetings, and continue professional development through optional training sessions.

Requirements

  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older
  • Basic work equipment is required: Computer or laptop, Reliable internet connection, Webcam and microphone, Quiet workspace
  • A Life & Health Insurance License is required prior to working with clients
