About The Position

American Income Life is a growing international organization that provides life, accident, and supplemental benefit programs to working families across the United States, Canada, New Zealand, and New York through National Income Life Insurance Company. Since 1951, the company has focused on helping members of unions, associations, credit unions, and their families access benefit programs designed to provide added protection and peace of mind. We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our remote team. This role is centered around client support, benefit education, and helping families understand the options available to them through a simple virtual process.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to incoming client inquiries
  • Returning calls and following up with members
  • Reviewing benefit enrollment information
  • Helping determine eligibility for available programs
  • Explaining coverage options clearly and professionally
  • Creating personalized benefit recommendations using a needs-based system
  • Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
  • Working closely with leadership and training teams
  • Staying updated on current products, services, and company procedures
