About The Position

Mercedes-Benz.io is seeking a Digital Analyst Sales to join their tribe of digital enthusiasts. The role focuses on shaping the end-to-end digital journey that turns interest into sales, acting as the digital vehicle showroom for Mercedes-Benz. This involves creating seamless experiences across key products like Product Information Pages, the Car Configurator, and online vehicle stores, with a strong emphasis on customer experience and continuous innovation in how customers explore, configure, and purchase Mercedes-Benz vehicles.

Requirements

  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
  • Hands-on experience with GA4 and Power BI for analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation.
  • A strong analytical mindset, with a focus on data quality, KPIs, and performance measurement.
  • Understanding of A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience working in Agile, cross-functional environments and collaborating with diverse teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce personalization platforms, such as Interaction Studio or Marketing Cloud Personalization.
  • Experience with Azure Databricks, PySpark, or large-scale data environments.
  • Experience with Python for data analysis or automation.
  • Understanding ETL processes, data pipelines, and modern data architectures.
  • Experience in Customer Journey Analytics, CRO, UX Analytics, or personalization.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer behavior across digital platforms and turn data into actionable insights.
  • Build and optimize dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and personalization initiatives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, measure performance, and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Explore large datasets using SQL to uncover trends, opportunities, and business insights.
  • Ensure data quality and reporting reliability across analytics processes.
  • Translate complex findings into clear recommendations that support product and business decisions.
