Digital Advertising Manager

Moonshot•Denver, CO
•$97,650 - $115,500

About The Position

The Digital Advertising Manager leads strategy, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across Moonshot's U.S. Online Violence Prevention portfolio. The role combines hands-on platform expertise with strategic campaign oversight, budget management, creative innovation, measurement, and technical leadership. Campaigns aim to influence awareness, attitudes, and behaviors—including help-seeking and resilience to harmful narratives—so the role adapts marketing strategies and performance measures to prevention objectives rather than relying solely on traditional commercial conversion metrics. The manager advances digital campaigning through engaging approaches such as video, visual storytelling, creator and influencer partnerships, interactive content, emerging technologies, and AI-enabled creative tools. Reporting to a Senior Manager, the role provides project direction to junior campaign managers and serves as the team's primary technical resource, offering troubleshooting, training, and coaching. Candidates must be based in MA, CO, NY, VA, GA, PA, MD, WI, TN, TX, OR, NJ, or DC. Occasional travel may be required. Candidates must be eligible to work in the US and pass relevant security clearance procedures as required by client needs.
