About The Position

Cumulus Media | Dallas is looking for a Digital Account Manager to join their growing digital team. This role is a key part of how they deliver high-quality digital advertising campaigns for their clients across search, social, display, retargeting, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces at once. This role will ensure campaigns are built accurately, launched on time, monitored properly, and supported with clean reporting and strong internal communication. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a foundation in digital advertising and wants to continue building their career in a fast-paced media environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in digital advertising, account management, campaign fulfillment, or media operations.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, time management, and accountability.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities at the same time.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to ask clear questions, identify issues, and determine next steps without needing step-by-step direction.
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Campaign Manager.
  • Familiarity with digital channels and KPIs including search, social, display, clicks, impressions, conversions, CTR, CPC, and campaign pacing.
  • Experience using project management platforms such as Asana or Basecamp.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Sheets, Docs, and Slides.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Agency or media experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple digital campaign projects with strong organization, prioritization, and follow-through.
  • Review campaign details, creative assets, tracking requirements, KPIs, and access needs before launch.
  • Work across internal teams to translate campaign requests into clear next steps.
  • QA campaign information before handoff to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Help ensure campaigns are launched on time and monitored for performance.
  • Proactively flag issues, risks, or missing information before they impact timelines.
  • Pull and prepare campaign data and reporting to support optimization and performance reviews.
  • Troubleshoot reporting discrepancies, workflow issues, and campaign setup questions.
  • Help improve internal processes to support efficient, best-in-class campaign delivery.
